Maria Sole Galli De Magistris was born in 1998 in Milan, Italy. She got her Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 2023, with the thesis “Production of novel nanostructured targets for high-intensity laser-plasma interaction experiments”. She is currently a PhD student in Energy and Nuclear Science and Technology at Politecnico di Milano, working on the development and characterization of advanced materials for innovative nuclear systems. Concerning the field of laser-matter interaction, she mainly focuses on the production of nanostructured targets and on the design and participation in experimental campaigns.
